Sleepiest content is streamed from the internet in order to keep the app's size on your phone as small as possible and not use up valuable space on your device for photos and other applications.

Our content is hosted on high speed google servers in order to ensure the best streaming experience possible, however inevitable there may be times when your phones cell signal is low and content playback may be effected / experience "buffering".

We know this is the last thing you want when trying to get to sleep, so in the event this occurs, we recommend downloading the track you're attempting to listen to for offline use before playing it by pressing the download for offline use button for the corresponding content as shown below.

Note: Available Offline is only currently available on our iOS versions of The Sleepiest App. We are rolling out this feature to Android very soon.
