Sleepiest passes data to several third parties to help us provide services to you. For transparency we have listed all the third parties we work with, alongside what they do below.
Adjust - (www.adjust.com)
Adjust is an attribution provider, which essentially just means that they help track a device from an initial click on a Sleepiest advert, through to the actions taken within Sleepiest (such as starting a trial, or becoming a subscriber).
Device data and your "advertising id" is passed to Adjust by other apps when you click an advert within them (for instance Facebook, Instagram, TikTok adverts etc), and Sleepiest then passes up the same data so that Adjust can "attribute" that a certain advert or app generated a specific installation of Sleepiest.
This allows advertisers to get paid based on installs they generate for Sleepiest, and allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
No personal data is sent by us to Adjust (so they don't receive your name or email), the data we and other apps pass them is more technical tracking data, such as your devices advertising id.
For user convenience, and to adhere to GDPR legislation we offer the ability to opt-out of advertising related tracking by Adjust, CleverTap and Facebook by going to Profile, Settings, Account Options, and toggling "GDPR Opt Out".

Facebook - (www.facebook.com)
We receive and pass data to facebook in several ways. Sleepiest provides "Login With Facebook" functionality which allows us to collect your email address directly from facebook in one-click when you login using this functionality.
We also use facebook analytics in order to track events (such as free trial starts) within Sleepiest.
Addittionally we do from time to time run adverts for Sleepiest on Facebook. This is linked up with facebook analytics, allowing facebook to optimise our campaigns to maximise installs or specific in-app actions (such as trial starts) rather than purely clicks on the advert.
Outside of Sleepiest app events, we don't send facebook any personal data.

Intercom - (www.intercom.com)
Intercom power our customer support system (such as this help center that you're currently reading and our support chat system). When you open a new support ticket within the app, we pass them several bits of data in order to improve the customer support experience for you.
If you have enabled push notifications for Sleepiest when we pass them your "push notification token". This allows them to trigger a push notification from Sleepiest when we respond to your support request.
If you are logged into Sleepiest then we also pass them your e-mail address so that when we reply to a support ticket, you get notified via e-mail and can reply via e-mail without the need to open up Sleepiest to reply.
Finally we pass them details about your device and subscription status so that our support staff can see details of your account and device to aid them in dealing with your support request.

CleverTap - (www.clevertap.com)
CleverTap is a user engagement platform that allows us to trigger campaigns based on in-app events. We use this to send you offers and reminders based on actions you take in-app.
For instance if you haven't used Sleepiest in a while, CleverTap allows us to rend you a quick reminder via push notification or email.
If you login to Sleepiest then we send CleverTap your email and if you accept push notifications we send them your push notification token. This data is purely used to send information and offers related to the Sleepiest service.
