How do I get a refund?

Details on how to request a refund from the respective app stores

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store and not by Sleepiest as a company; because of this, Apple are the only ones able to issue refunds.

We as a company do not receive any payment information and as such have no facility to issue refunds directly!

To request a refund you therefore need to request one from Apple by following their refund guidance found at the following link: https://support.apple.com/HT204084
