How do I get a refund?

Advice for requesting a refund depending on how you subscribed.

🍏 If You Subscribed via Apple (iOS)

All payments made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple directly - not by Sleepiest. This means only Apple can issue refunds for iOS subscriptions.

We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds for Apple subscriptions ourselves.

To request a refund from Apple, please follow their official guidance here:

🌐 If You Subscribed via the Web App (www.sleepiest.com)

We’re happy to consider refund requests for subscriptions made through our website, as long as the subscription hasn’t been used (i.e., no content has been accessed).

To request a refund, please email support@sleepiest.com with:

  • The email address you used to sign up

  • A copy of your payment receipt, if available

Our team will be happy to review your request and assist you further.


🤖 If You Subscribed on Android (Google Play)

You can request a refund directly through Google by following this link:

If you'd prefer help from us, please email support@sleepiest.com and include:

  • The email address associated with your account

  • Your Google Play Order ID (starts with GPA), which you’ll find in your purchase confirmation email or in Google Payments under “Subscriptions & services”

Once we have that, we’ll be happy to review your request and assist further.
