Thank you for being part of the Sleepiest community. If you're looking to cancel your subscription, the steps will vary depending on how you originally signed up. Please follow the instructions below based on your subscription method:
🛠️ If You Subscribed Through Apple (iOS)
Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow third parties (including us) to manage subscriptions on your behalf. But you can cancel easily through the Sleepiest app:
Open the Sleepiest app
Go to the Home tab
Tap the three dots on the bottom menu
Select Settings
Tap Manage Subscription
Choose Cancel Subscription and select your reason
You’ll be redirected to your Apple Subscriptions page
Tap Sleepiest, then scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription
Note: If you haven’t started a free trial or subscription, the Manage Subscription option won’t appear in the app. You can view your active Apple subscriptions here.
Subscriptions made through www.sleepiest.com will not appear in your Apple account.
🌐 If You Subscribed via Our Website (www.sleepiest.com)
Log into your account via www.sleepiest.com
When logged in an on /home, click on your select your name in the top-right.
Select Subscription Settings from the drop-down
Follow the steps to cancel
📱 If You Subscribed on Android (via Google Play)
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
Tap your profile icon in the top right
Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Tap Sleepiest, then choose Cancel Subscription
