Why is my subscription not reflected on my device?

Guidance on setting up Sleepiest+ on a new device, or refreshing it on your current device.

If you’ve recently reinstalled the app, changed devices, or aren’t seeing your Sleepiest+ subscription appear, it may just need to be restored manually.

To make sure your subscription links correctly, please ensure you're logged into Sleepiest using the same email address you used when you first subscribed.


🍏 On Apple iOS (via Apple ID / iTunes):

Most iOS subscriptions are managed through iTunes and the Apple App Store, so simply logging into your Apple ID on your device is often enough to restore access to Sleepiest+.

If your subscription doesn’t show up right away, try using the Restore Purchases option:

  1. Open the Sleepiest app and go to the Home tab

  2. Tap the three dots in the bottom-right corner

  3. Select Settings > Account Settings

  4. Tap Restore Purchases

  5. Enter your Apple ID credentials if prompted


🤖 On Android (via Google Play):

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, use the Restore Purchases option to re-enable access:

  1. Open the Sleepiest app and go to the Home tab

  2. Tap the settings cog in the top-right corner

  3. Select Settings > Account Settings

  4. Tap Restore Purchases

  5. Enter your Google Play credentials if prompted
